SLEEP One of the most important lifestyle factor that prevents ageing! Aim to get at least 8 hours of sleep per night for optimal ‘beauty sleep’

 

EXERCISE Being physically active not only makes you looks good, it makes you feel good as well! Aim for at least 150 mins of exercise per week to feel the difference!
